We do not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for content - please do not send them to us. Because we do not read unsolicited materials we need to cover ourselves in case we come up with an idea that is similar to yours. Accordingly, should you send any unsolicited materials or ideas, you do so with the understanding that no consideration of any sort will be provided to you, and you are waiving any claim against us regarding the use of such materials and ideas, even if we implement an idea or material that is substantially similar to what you submitted to us.
Terms of Purchase
All prices listed on Our Website are AUD.
Price, payment and service provision:
- It is possible that the price may have increased from that posted on our Website. If that happens, we will not provide the Services until you have confirmed that you wish to order at the new price.
- You agree to pay the purchase price or monthly/yearly subscription charge for the Services from the Stripe or PayPal account or credit card you have or will have supplied to us. You authorise us to arrange withdrawal of funds from that account each month without further reference to you. You undertake to keep your payment details up to date and notify us of any changes in a timely manner.
- Subscription Services payments are billed in advance on the same day as your initial order each month/year. If you have elected an annual subscription, payment will be billed on the date of your order and on the annual anniversary of your purchase date. You will receive notice via email 7 days prior to your date of annual renewal.
- Our Services may be provided by email / made available for you to download / in the way we have explained in our Website.
- If we are not able to provide your Services within [10] days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to tell you the likely provision date.
- Cancellation of Recurring Program Subscriptions. Once Service provision has started, you may cancel your recurring monthly/yearly subscription transactions at any time by submitting a request at or directly via PayPal (if a PayPal transaction). Payment will be due until the expiry of the subscription period. You will have access to the Services until the expiry of the subscription period.
- We may change the nature or provision of the Services at any time. We may tell you about any such change by email or by posting details on Our Website.
- You may not share or allow others to use the Services in your name.
- We will do our best to maintain Our Website so that you have constant use, but there will be times when your use may be interrupted. Interruption to the Services for reasonable periods for maintenance or causes beyond our control is not a ground for repayment of money you have paid. When we are aware of the likelihood of down time, we will tell you in advance.
Refund Policy
Most Products and Services are digitally delivered instantly:

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about using our Services. Most products and services are digitally delivered instantly so you have the benefit of our Services straight away. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about using our products or services or if you deem the course/program unsuitable for any reason (as it is your responsibility to determine if the product is suitable to your personal circumstances BEFORE purchase), therefore it is completely up to you to read the product page thoroughly before you make the transaction. We only provided refunds in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Refund Policy Physical Events/Classes
We do not offer refunds on our $22 physical events/classes.
- Refund Policy Physical Products
Physical products are shipped directly from our partner facilities. Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order, we do not issue refunds or reship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering.
Occasionally, packages are returned as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to reship orders that are returned as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us. Note: We do not issue refunds on physical products.
4. Refund Policy - Money Back Guarantee I Feel Good 3 Week Health Reset.
Due to the nature of digital products, we will not offer a refund for a simple change of mind. Since the product made available here is intangible, a refund is only considered when the below conditions are met;
1. A full refund for the I Feel Good 3 Week Health Reset is only issued if:
- It is within 60 days of your purchase date AND
- All of the videos within the course/program are watched, assignments completed (we can see this at our end) and your before and after measurements, pictures and blood tests are done.
2. You provide us with a copy of you before and after pathology blood results, your before and after measurements and pictures, and explain to us clearly in writing how the course/program isn’t or hasn’t offered you any health benefits at all. Remember, we are not responsible for your weight loss or health as this varies from person to person and diet and lifestyle is only one factor that plays a part. You agree to this already when you join and pay for the course/program.
3. Refunds will NOT be issued for the price of any eBooks if you purchased them as an add-on when buying the I Feel Good 3 Week Health Reset.
5. Refund Policy I Feel Good Retreat
Please note as a terms of purchase all participants must take out comprehensive travel insurance including medical cover.
If the retreat is canceled by:
1. The I Feel Good Retreat Organizer (due to any unforeseen circumstances). I Feel Good Retreat guests will receive a full refund of retreat fees, however airfares will need to be referred to your travel insurance policy. If there is a date change and you are unable to attend you will receive a full refund of the I Feel Good Retreat fees.
2. The I Feel Good Retreat Guest. As places are limited and usually sell out, the following refund policy and cancellation fees apply:
- If you cancel up to 120 days prior to the retreat date, 50% of your total booking fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 120 days prior to the retreat start date, 100% of your total booking fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- There are no refunds for Airfares or Travel Costs, those costs will need to be referred to your travel insurance policy.
Dissatisfaction with the Services
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us immediately and tell us:
- exactly why you think we have failed;
- the date, if relevant, of the failure;
- when and how you discovered the failure;
- the result of the failure;
- your suggestion as to action we should take to resolve the situation and restore your faith in us.

Sometimes we may change these Terms of Use and the Website without notice. You should regularly review these Terms of Use to keep up to date with the latest changes as they will apply to your continued use of the Website.
