Does it matter where in the world I am?
Not at all. I work with people from all over the world – primarily Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland, USA and Canada.
I’ve never taken an online coaching program before - how does it work?
It’s really straightforward – I like to keep things simple! The course lives on its own, private website. After you sign up, you'll create your own username and password. You will get instant access to your meal plans and recipes and your modules will be unlocked a week at a time.
At the end of each lesson there’ll be space for you to post your thoughts and comments, if you want to share. (It’s an incredibly supportive and non-judgemental space.) I’m in the classroom every day, so I can support you through this journey.
I’m a bit shy. Will a group coaching program work for me?
Absolutely. I’ve had some students keep themselves to themselves throughout the entire course and they’ve still got incredible results. It’s completely up to you how much you contribute to the discussion feed. Even if you’re a bit shy, I suspect you’ll be impressed by the positivity and vibe of the group and you’ll want to participate in the end! You’ll get incredible value from the support and ideas of these other amazingly caring humans.
What if I'm not sure about eating 100% plant-based?
That’s fine – most people aren’t. When you start thinking about only eating plants, it gets pretty overwhelming, doesn’t it? Most people join the I Feel Good Program because they are sick and and tired of their health issues and being overweight. The have had enough of yo-yo dieting an want to start eating healthy and make it sustainable. If that’s you, then I think you owe it to yourself to explore the options. I recommend doing the course and committing to six weeks of of eating whole food plant-based. Then see how you feel at the end. That’s it. Don’t worry about the future or think too far ahead. You’ll be amazed how much changes in 6 weeks!

Does it matter where in the world I am?
Not at all. I work with people from all over the world – primarily Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland, USA and Canada.
I’ve never taken an online coaching program before - how does it work?
It’s really straightforward – I like to keep things simple! The course lives on its own, private website. After you sign up, you'll create your own username and password. You will get instant access to your meal plans and recipes and your modules will be unlocked a week at a time.
At the end of each lesson there’ll be space for you to post your thoughts and comments, if you want to share. (It’s an incredibly supportive and non-judgemental space.) I’m in the classroom every day, so I can support you through this journey.
I’m a bit shy. Will a group coaching program work for me?
Absolutely. I’ve had some students keep themselves to themselves throughout the entire course and they’ve still got incredible results. It’s completely up to you how much you contribute to the discussion feed. Even if you’re a bit shy, I suspect you’ll be impressed by the positivity and vibe of the group and you’ll want to participate in the end! You’ll get incredible value from the support and ideas of these other amazingly caring humans.
What if I'm not sure about eating 100% plant-based?
That’s fine – most people aren’t. When you start thinking about only eating plants, it gets pretty overwhelming, doesn’t it? Most people join the I Feel Good Program because they are sick and and tired of their health issues and being overweight. The have had enough of yo-yo dieting an want to start eating healthy and make it sustainable. If that’s you, then I think you owe it to yourself to explore the options. I recommend doing the course and committing to six weeks of of eating whole food plant-based. Then see how you feel at the end. That’s it. Don’t worry about the future or think too far ahead. You’ll be amazed how much changes in 6 weeks!
What if I change my mind?
I know that the strategies you’ll learn in this program work. (It’s the exact same process that’s been behind my own successful health and weight loss transformation and those of my students.)
