Adam is a qualified chef, a plant-based nutritionist*, and food writer for EatWell & Nourish Magazines. In 2009, at age 39, Adam found himself obese and had a heart attack. He learned how to eat and live to naturally lose 30kg, kept it off, lowered his cholesterol from 5.8 to 3.6, came off medication, and gained enough energy to complete an Ironman Triathlon. Adam now uses his expertise to help others adopt a healthier lifestyle so they can live healthier lives for longer.

Will this be suitable for me if I have food allergies?
Yes, the meal is whole food plant-based and free from oil, gluten, meat, seafood, and dairy. It includes a sauce made with some cashew nuts. Please notify us of any medical allergies or intolerances via email at [email protected] at least a day before the class, and we will ensure your meal is safe for you.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring your happy vibes, a good appetite, and a desire to learn more about incorporating plants into your diet for better health. Bring a pen and notebook to take notes. Plus a water bottle.
