Adam Guthrie helps people incorporate into their daily life a simple way of eating and living that heals, energises, nourishes, raises vibration and accesses intuition. A way of living that attunes us with our higher self and empowers us to live the life we are truly meant to live.

Before Adam became renowned for empowering people to transform their health and life through the yoga of food, he had his own share of obstacles to overcome.

From working long hours building his businesses, which lead to sacrificing time with his family, to being stressed out and unfilled, to gaining 30kg, suffering depression and having a heart attack at 39 years-of-age.

Adam's story is a real example of how anybody can overcome the obstacles in their life, heal their body, redefine their purpose and live the life they are truly meant to live.

Fast forward a few short years, and Adam lost 30kg, got off all medications, over came depression, and found the energy to do an Ironman Triathlon, one of the toughest endurance events in the world. He is now living a happier, healthier, more authentic and fulfilled life.

Adam is an entrepreneur, wellness coach and inspiring keynote speaker from Byron Bay, Australia. He has a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from eCornell University, is a qualified chef and the founder of the I Feel Good Magazine.
